Side hung window
Our standard side hung windows are supplied with brass casement fasteners. The window is kept open by means of a brass casement stay.
By arrangement, we can deliver child secured casement fasteners. Turning the locking pin in the bracket of the casement fastener (and thereby blocking its arm) activates the safety device.
Window frames with emergency openings can be unlocked by means of the 2-barrel bolts at the side and a firm push at the inner side of the transom.
Our side-hung windows can be supplied with espagnolette and friction brake in which case they have single handle operation. The friction brake then keeps the sash in a ventilating position from 5 cm to fully open position by ”closing” the handle.

Top guided window
Top guided windows are opened and closed by using the handle, which is placed in the middle of the bottom sash. In the rebate of the bottom sash a striker plate is placed at each side, enabling the window to close fully or remain partly open for ventilation.
As the window is pushed out at the bottom and opens, the window sash slides downwards at the top. This provides an excellent and effective ventilation position (although please note that the window will not remain position in strong winds).

Tilt and turn windows and doors
Tilt and turn windows provide a truly flexible window solution. Depending on overall window size, they can be supplied with closing points all the way around, and are operated by a single handle. The sash is inwards opening for both tilting and turning.
The tilt function is used for ventilation, allowing the sash to open by up to 10cm.
The turn function enables the window to be fully opened.
