Aluminium clad doors

Eurojoinery offers a range of maintenance-free external doors designed to compliment the window ranges. Like the windows, the aluminium clad doors are constructed from Scandinavian Pine, with heartwood on the inside to add to the warmth and beauty of your home. Exterior surfaces are powder coated aluminium, for maximum protection against extreme weather conditions.

Supplied in complete door sets, Eurojoinery external doors are easy to install and offer a high level of security and durability.

Eurojoinery’s aluminium clad doors are designed to compliment our range of windows.
All are supplied with 3 galvanised hinges and a 3 point locking system.

Standard specifications

The timber is primed with a fungicide against rot and fungal attack and finished with a two-coat, water-based paint or translucent stain with a film thickness of at least 80 micron.
System Alux products are powdercoated on the outside to the standard Ral colour of your choice.

Weight:
The Approx. weight of a standard entrance door (948mm x 2120mm) without transoms or
mullions ranges from 65kg to 68 kg.

Minimum width: 578 mm
Minimum height: 1987.5mm (1943mm for terrace doors)
Maximum width: 1150 mm
Maximum height: 2300 mm


Glass:
26mm double glazed unit (4-18-4).
Low E glass is supplied as standard weight approx. 20 kg/m2

Groove for window board and frame extensions:
Units can be grooved for frame extensions- the standard groove is 10mm.

Vents:
Slot vents can be supplied – placed in jamb.
